I’m having a blast. Coach Gabriel is an excellent instructor that clearly cares about his students through pushing them super hard! You’ll get the workout you’re looking for after every class. Also, everyone is friendly and they’ve been very kind about use of the space.

Extremely negative training environment. Prices are difficult to justify for what’s offered. Equipment and facilities frequently feel poorly maintained, with cleanliness concerns echoed by other reviewers. Instruction quality does not reflect the cost. Sparring culture is chaotic and overly aggressive. Coach oversight…

Great time training here, was passing through for work and was able to get some classes in while in the city and the coaches are very skilled with great attention to detail.

Amazing striking gym. The coaches are very experienced, all levels are welcome and you can feel the progress after each class. Participants are friendly too. Overall a great sense of community in this gym, highly recommend it!
