Really cool place to train. So many classes you can do and the coaches are the best. Antoine very professional with the introduction class. The hyrox class is also fun

The best box in Montreal! Friendly staff, great location and very good vibes! Everyone has been super friendly and gave me awesome advice on what to do in town. The equipment is well kept and has a great selection. Upstairs area for gymnastic too! Must-see! Will come back!
