Spacious and clean gym with adequate weights, machines, welcoming and friendly staff/patrons. Locations in Downtown and across Montreal, which is convenient or practical for me when working Downtown or remotely.

Great gym! Staff is so nice and welcoming! Especially the two young guys at the front desk, they always help when there’s an issue! Went monday night and the gym was super clean!

The manager at the front desk, Shakira, lacks customer service skills and is incapable of respectfully assisting clients. She creates a hostile environment for basically everybody and makes it unbearable to even want to show up. Very disappointing that no effort has been made to fix that attitude of hers. I just moved to Montreal and was looking for a gym near my house the manager there Shakira was helpful setting me up and explaining all the rules and perks of my membership. Very thorough and friendly highly recommend.
