Monster Gym is the best gym in Montreal! Their management and staff are very caring of their members. Always a pleasure going there as they offer a variety of gym facilities, equipment and recovery rooms. You will find everything you need in this gym! Do not hesitate to sign up.

Perfect mix of old school muscle building equipment and the new stuff. They pretty much have 5 of everything. It's also very motivating to see heavy lifting and pros training. Staff is friendly and the gym is clean. My opinion, best gym in Montreal.
