Been going there for 3 years now. I like the space and the machines. Clean space and nice vibe. Wish we had access to more complimentary services they have at the low-cost version (Econofitness) such as tanning, massage beds, etc.

I was on holiday in Montréal and went with a friend for a workout to this gym. I really enjoyed it. The equipment is new and the layout of the gym is very good. The whole experience was very pleasant, and I would rate it on a par with gyms in Eorope as I am from Bucharest and belong to a world-class gym there. Well…

Compared to the surrounding gyms, this seemed like the best deal. They had short term plans, the machines were in great shape, generally clean, and there's always treadmills/etc. available, even during high traffic hours. Really liked that all classes - yoga, spinning, etc. - are included in the monthly rate

I workout there for the last 3 years. Excellent environment. Clean. Variety of machines available. Friendly staff. I had a trainer, named Safae, who was Excellent at showing techniques and adapting training to my goals and capacity.
