En Core is the absolute best! All of the instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and they host a fantastic variety of classes. I especially love Jessie’s intermediate and jump classes :) highly recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming and supportive Pilates community in Montreal!

Wonderful pilates studio, very central location. All instructors are passionate, very professional and attentive. First time trying pilates reformer and I love it. I can see myself improve and get toned within weeks.
