Tchaikovsky is the GOAT. Tears almost dropped when the trombone hits at the start of the waltz of the flowers. Loved their choreography and staging too - very on point, and shows the mastery of expressing the vibes without explicitly telling the story. Flawless execution overall. I’ve only seen a small theatre performance of the Nutcracker, so this was a special treat. Brought my teenage daughter and she really enjoyed it. We loved the music, the costumes, the dance.
