It was first time to try Yoga class in Montreal, and this place was really good! Very peaceful, heart welcoming atmosphere, and teachers were amazing. I usually don’t like hot yoga so I’m happy to find here, you can have Authentic yoga experience!

Luna Yoga is a small but cozy yoga studio in the heart of the old port, with amazing teachers. They have both in person and virtual classes. Most of classes are bilingual (French and English).
